well, a while ago started these things that were mimics of the style of one f my favorite manga artists. This was meant to be a set of four. Sora's done, here's Axel, but I still have to take care of Riku and Roxas. I actually had the drawings mostly done and then proceeded to do nothing with them. Figured I could post this on in an attempt to please the gods of dA. They seemed a little pissy with me not long ago ^^;

So that we are clear, this was drawn by me, but completely done mimicking a set of drawings by Minekura Kazuya. Original image looks like this.

Very interesting! I love how you took the one style and made it fit so well with the KH-verse. It really is pure Axel - great job!

Holy hell, that's awesome. I saw the preview and just went, "Yes! Axel!" because he looks INCREDIBLE! I love the clean style of it all, the way it's so simple but just totally gets the image across so skilfully. Haha, I love the way you converted the petals to fire like that! You mimicked it so beautifully! And I *especially* drool over the flirty, sadistic... noooo... seDUCtive (um, subconscious slip? ^^;) posing and wink. So cute, and so awesome. And wow, his HAIR! It looks amazing!

Honestly, I like yours better. I don't know if it's the weight of the lines, or the color saturation or what...but it draws my eyes in, and holds them there. Awesome work.

lulz. I did my best to match the feel. I think that minekura's likes and shading with line is way stronger, but I'm pretty pleased with how this came out over all. Thanx!
